AccessHow do I log in?
Openthe login page and enter the email address used for your order. The link you receive is valid for 20 minutes and can be used only once.
AccessThe report link has expired. Will I lose the report?
An expired access link does not automatically delete the deliverable. Use your account with the order email address or open the order enquiry form with the report reference.
DeliveryWhere can I see the status and delivery?
The order page displays the available status and next action. Saved reports appear in My orders. Delivery times and exceptions are explained inDelivery.
PaymentWhich payment methods appear at checkout?
Checkout displays Netopia as the main option, with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa and Mastercard. Revolut Pay remains an alternative option. Actual availability is as displayed at checkout.
PaymentPayment has not been confirmed. What should I do?
Return to the order page and use only the action displayed there. Do not make repeated payments if the status is unclear. To have it checked, open the payment contact form and include the order reference.
DeliveryAn official source is not responding. Is the report favourable?
No. An unavailable source must be shown separately from a result with no indicators. For the ANCPI incident, see the outage guide and the status communicated in your order.
OrderHow do I request a correction or refund?
First checkthe guarantee and the returns policy. Then use the corrections form and include the order or report reference.
DataHow do I submit a personal data request?
Readthe privacy policy, then choose the Personal data category in the contact form. Do not send a copy of an identity document unless it is subsequently requested expressly and proportionately.
