How it works
From a CUI to a better-informed decision.
We do not sell a “safe company” label. We organise data that would otherwise be scattered across registers, balance sheets and court cases.
- 01
Check the basic details for free
Search by legal name or CUI and see the identity, tax status and recent years' turnover before creating an order.
- 02
Choose the context
Tell us whether a deposit, contract, construction work or collaboration is coming up. The report keeps the same factual basis.
- 03
Receive the technical report
View the data, financial trends, indicators and source coverage online and in PDF.
When it is useful
The same company, different decisions.
Property developer
Before a reservation, preliminary contract or deposit payment.
Builder or renovation contractor
Before signing for the work and sending the first instalment.
Photovoltaic installer
Before a deposit, equipment purchases and installation scheduling.
Supplier or service provider
Made-to-order furniture, events, agencies or an important order.
Explicit limitations
What a register cannot demonstrate.
- The absence of an indicator does not guarantee that the company will deliver well or on time.
- Sources update at different rates; the report marks dates and unavailability rather than assuming a favourable result.
- The report does not replace a recent tax certificate, contract review or specialist advice.
Frequently asked questions
What you need to know.
What can I check for free by name or CUI?
The initial search finds the company by the start of its legal name or by CUI. For free, you can see its identity, legal form, tax status, VAT, e-Factura, CAEN and a short turnover chart when sources respond. Insolvency, court cases, people, connections and the full analysis remain in the paid report.
What does the Verifi Company Report contain?
The report brings together available data on identity, directors, shareholders and beneficial owners, financial trends, liabilities, insolvency, court cases and connections between companies. Each category indicates its source, date and coverage limitation.
Does the report say whether the company is trustworthy?
We do not give a “good” or “bad” guarantee. The report shows the available facts and indicators worth clarifying before you pay or sign.
How much does the full company check cost?
The launch price of the Verifi Company Report is 49 RON, a one-off payment for the confirmed company. The search and tax and financial preview are free.
Does the check include the contract, offer or project?
No. The product checks the company identified by CUI. It does not review contract clauses, workmanship, project permits or the asset you are buying.
How does it differ from Check the seller?
Check the seller is a check linked to a property order and can start with an individual or a company. The Verifi Company Report is a standalone product exclusively for a legal entity identified by CUI, with more extensive business data.
