About Verifi
A private service that makes checks easier to follow.
Verifi organises available data about a property or company, explains its source and limitations, and makes clear what the customer or a professional still needs to check.
Operator
Public legal identity.
The Verifi service is operated by NOVOGROUP SYSTEMS S.R.L. We use the same public contact channel for support, corrections, returns and personal data requests.

Process
From a confirmed subject to a traceable result.
- 01
Identification
We start with the property, company or document confirmed by the customer. An uncertain match is marked as such, not filled in through assumptions.
- 02
Collection
We consult the sources declared for the product. Some are public or official registers, while others may be providers that structure the data; the report indicates the available provenance.
- 03
Explanation
We separate the fact found from Verifi's interpretation and indicate the date, coverage and relevant limitation.
- 04
Delivery
The result is made available in accordance with the offer purchased. An unavailable source remains visibly unavailable.
Corrections and resilience
There is a process for remedying a Verifi error.
If you report a material error caused by Verifi, we check the report and source. We correct it free of charge where possible; if the error prevents reasonable use and cannot be corrected, the remedies published in the guarantee and returns policy apply.
When a source does not respond, we keep its status visible and communicate the delay or available action. We do not turn the incident into a favourable result.
Limitations
What the report cannot demonstrate.
- Verifi is not ANCPI, OCPI, ONRC, ANAF, a notary, a lawyer, a valuer or a technical expert.
- The report does not guarantee a transaction, construction work, future solvency or the absence of all risks.
- Registers and providers update at different rates; information must be checked again when the decision or the law requires it.
- Original documents and professional opinions remain necessary wherever the procedure requires them.
