1. What we guarantee
Source and date
For important information in the report, we state the source and verification date when this information is available in the data feed.
Delivery in accordance with the service purchased
We deliver content in accordance with the service or package selected in the Services section or during the order process. We do not promise information that is not part of the service purchased.
Correcting Verifi errors
If the report contains a material error caused by Verifi, we correct it at no additional cost. If the error prevents reasonable use of the report and cannot be corrected, we issue a refund in accordance with the Returns Policy.
Response to technical faults
For technical faults that prevent access to the report, our target is to respond within 48 hours of being notified.
Traceability and confidentiality
We retain a reasonable record of the order, delivery and sources consulted so that we can investigate a complaint. We handle reports and support requests in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
2. What we do not guarantee
- that public registers are complete, up to date or free from errors;
- that the transaction, purchase, work or collaboration will be completed or performed correctly;
- that a notary, bank, lawyer or valuer will accept the report as a substitute for their mandatory documents;
- that a public source will always be available;
- that the report provides legal, tax, financial or technical advice.
- that the report constitutes a credit rating, certification of creditworthiness or a guarantee of the company's future solvency.
3. Examples
Situations covered
- a report delivered for a different property due to a Verifi error;
- a report delivered for a different company due to a Verifi error;
- an incorrectly displayed source or incorrect verification date due to a Verifi error;
- a Verifi technical fault that blocks access to the report and is not resolved within the stated timeframe.
Situations not covered
- the customer entered an incorrect address or cadastral number;
- the customer confirmed an incorrect CUI;
- the public source changed the information after delivery;
- the report contains negative but accurate information;
- the customer wanted a more extensive analysis than the service purchased.
4. How to report a problem
Write to [email protected] with your order number, the email address used, a description of the problem and relevant screenshots or documents.
We acknowledge receipt within one working day and respond with a remedy, explanation or refund decision within a maximum of 5 working days, provided the information received is sufficient.
5. Connection with owners' rights
If the reported problem concerns data about an owner, we also handle the request from a GDPR perspective. Owners have a dedicated notice at verifi.ro/proprietari.
6. Relationship with returns
The guarantee explains our operational commitments. The right of withdrawal, refunds and statutory deadlines are described in the Returns Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
The limitation of liability in the Terms and Conditions remains applicable. The guarantee does not remove the consumer's statutory rights or limit rights that cannot be limited by law.
