- For the property and its documents, use Verifi's property checks separately and consult the notary or lawyer.
Frequently asked questions
What you need to know.
Which CUI should I enter for a property project?
The CUI of the company named as a party in the reservation, offer or preliminary contract, to which you will transfer the money. Do not assume the project's trading name is also its legal name.
Does the report also check the flat or project?
No. The Verifi Company Report checks the company identified by CUI. The land register, permit, project and preliminary contract require separate checks.
Can I find out whether the developer is insolvent?
The report consults available insolvency indicators and shows the source and time of the check. An unavailable source is marked as such, not as an absence of proceedings.
Does a good balance sheet guarantee completion of the flat?
No. The balance sheet describes the company's published position for the available years; it does not guarantee project completion, use of the deposit or delivery on time.
How much does the developer check cost?
The launch price of the Verifi Company Report is 49 RON, a one-off payment. Initial identification of the company by CUI is free.
