Asking prices for agricultural land in Olt
From808 eligible observations with a usable price, from offers published under Law 17/2014 and collected periodically by Verifi. These are sellers' asking prices, not transaction prices. Offers observed up to 16.09.2026.
Identifier coverage in the public source: 11 of880 deduplicated active offers have a candidate land register number and 11 have both candidate land register and cadastral numbers. We count only values containing at least one digit; these are published by the source, not verified in the ANCPI system.

Source: MADR / Sale offers portal under Law 17/2014 (RCT + DAJ), collected periodically by Verifi. The price per hectare is calculated from the total price and area of each active offer, after removing clearly erroneous values and partial or ambiguous ownership shares; locality names are canonicalised against the SIRUTA nomenclature. These are sellers' asking prices in the offers that must be published before sale, not transaction prices.
