The price per hectare is calculated from the total price and area of each active offer, after removing clearly erroneous values and partial or ambiguous ownership shares; locality names are canonicalised against the SIRUTA nomenclature. These are sellers' asking prices in the offers that must be published before sale, not transaction prices.
